Like every Squale watch, safety and resistance are the fundamental characteristics of each timepiece. For this reason, all models in the 1545 collection are equipped with a red rubberized gasket inside the screw-down crown. This gasket (the O-ring system) allows you to understand at a glance if the crown is closed or if it has remained open, since, when the crown is closed correctly, the gasket is not visible.

In 1967, DOXA launched the revolutionary SUB concept, considered to be the first truly purpose-designed diver’s watch accessible to a broader public. The radical innovations it introduced at the time soon made it the benchmark for professionals, too. Water-resistant to 30 bar, roughly equivalent to a depth of 300 meters, it was the first to feature a unidirectional bezel with a dual scale for depth and dive time to calculate a safe ascent without decompression stops. Most radical of all: the orange dial which greatly improved readability underwater.

The SUB 300’s 42.5 mm case is made from the highest quality 316L stainless steel. The three-hand self-winding movement holds the prestigious COSC Certified Chronometer certification guaranteeing precision, robustness and reliability. It also provides a 38-hour power reserve. The date window is positioned at 3 o'clock. The SUB 300 naturally features the famous unidirectional rotating bezel, a DOXA patent, with the dual indication of dive time in minutes and depth in meters for calculating no-stop decompression dive times. Featuring a screw-down crown, its water-resistance is rated to 300 meters, or approximately 980 feet.

As a nod to its heritage, today’s SUB 300 is topped with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective treatment. It has the same domed shape as the plexiglass on the 1967 original. All dive-related markings feature a Super-LumiNova® luminescent coating to ensure excellent readability in low-visibility conditions.

Squale introduced in juni 2023 the new Master model for divers of Comsubin, a department specialized in underwater operations of the Italian Navy. The collaboration with the Italian Navy began in the 80s, when Squale won two contracts for the supply of watches to Comsubin,
an elite department based on the Ligurian coast.

Today, after the Master Marina Militare introduced in 2022, Squale presents the Comsubin Master x Palombari, a watch equipped with technical characteristics that guarantee excellent performance even in extreme conditions, such as in the depths of the abyss. This is the first Squale timepiece made entirely of grade 5 titanium and produced in a limited edition of 500 pieces, part of which (the first 80) supplied to the divers themselves while the rest is available for sale.

Located in Morteau since 1973, the brand has retained its original building, although it has been enlarged and a great deal of work has been done to set up a high-end watchmaking laboratory and set up ultramodern production workshops. Today, the company employs 20 people following its acquisition by the 4 former executives of the house. The new management team is working to refocus the collections around the brand’s DNA.

The Bremont Arrow is a 42mm cased mono-pusher chronograph. The pusher at 2 o’clock on the two-piece hardened steel case will start, stop and reset the stopwatch on the chronometer rated BE-51AE movement. The Arrow plays on the same British military DNA as the Broadsword but is aimed at the airman with its chronograph functionality, a necessity for any timed mission.

It was with OMEGA’s maritime legacy in mind that the brand launched its Planet Ocean line in 2005. The stylish OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M pays homage to OMEGA’s dive watch heritage.

The Seamaster, with its scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, features a black dial and a date window at the 3 o’clock position. The unidirectional rotating divers’ bezel is mounted on a 42 mm stainless steel case on a stainless steel bracelet. The OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M is water resistant to 600 meters, and has a helium-escape valve. The Co-Axial calibre 2500 is at the heart of this certified chronometer.

This Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean comes as a full set. It came original on the leather strap and was upgraded with the steel bracelet, the original fold clasp is with the watch as well. Has been serviced in 2022 (no invoice) and runs very accurate. The case has some traces of use but still in very good unpolished condition. 3 months warranty.
