Shipping and Delivery Policy

If you order on working days before 5 pm, we will process your order the same day. If you place your order during the weekend, it will be presented to the carrier no later than the Monday after the weekend of the order.

Items are delivered either from stock or within 6 to 9 days if not in stock. After orders, we will contact you by email if items cannot be delivered on time.

As soon as we offer your package to the carrier, it will be processed by them in their system. You will receive a track & trace code by email. You will also receive an email from us that your package has been offered to the carrier.

If you do not find a message in your email, please also check your spam or advertising folder. The message may have ended up here. If this is not the case, please contact us via our website or Whatsapp.

Q-Watches has no influence on the speed of delivery of our carrier. Delivery depends on how busy they are. If your package has not been delivered despite the track & trace code, please contact us immediately. Of course, in the event of defects in this, the costs are entirely at our expense up to a standard insured of 500 euros. For more expensive articles, we can increase the insured value in consultation.

The delivery times of our transporter in the Netherlands are approximately 1 to 2 working days, depending on how busy they are. Delivery times to Belgium and Germany can take 2 to 3 working days, again depending on how busy it is. You can receive other countries in Europe from us on request.

The delivery costs are automatically added to the order during the ordering process. You will see these costs for payment appear on your screen. Shipping within the Netherlands or Belgium is free of charge.

Delivery of the package will only take place at the address provided to us when ordering. The package will not be delivered to your neighbors! We also ask for a signature from you on delivery to be on the safe side. This way we know that your package has arrived safely. If you have other wishes in this regard, please contact us.

You can cancel all online orders and deliveries without giving reasons, after which you will receive a full credit after receipt of the return package at Q-Watches, excluding shipping costs. The costs for return shipments are for your costs, whereby we always request to send by registered mail.

On request, it is possible to pick up the article at our office in Veldhoven. This option is offered to you during the ordering process. We will then contact you to make an appointment.
