WARRANTY Q-WATCHES 

On every timepiece you purchase at Q-Watches, you receive a 3, 6- or 12-month warranty. The warranty period is determined by the date of purchase and will confirm on the Q-Watches Warranty Gold Card. The warranty does not apply to water resistance, straps, glass, crowns, closures, and pressers. Damages resulting from misuse, damage caused by the owner or by third parties are explicitly excluded from our warranty.

The buyer has the right to withdrawal all purchases via our website for 14 days. The costs of return shipment are for by the buyer. The returned goods must be in the same condition as they were purchased and complete as delivered. Make sure that the original proof of purchase, as well as other enclosed items, is present with your return. This right of return only applies to purchases within the EU.
