This Superocean Automatic 44 Outerknown celebrates the brand’s partnership with Outerknown, the sustainable clothing company co-founded by 11-time world surfing champion Kelly Slater. Initially, when Outerknown was founded in 2014, it began by making surf shorts and bomber jackets with ECONYL yarn, a material created from nylon waste, one source of which is fishing nets from oceans around the world. This yarn has now been used to develop the brand's first NATO-style strap witch is used on the Breitling Superocean

This Superocean Outerknown is in good condition, has some minor traces of use. Comes as a full set with the original Outerknown nato strap and the extra black rubber strap. 1 year warranty.

With this watch, IWC pays tribute to the writer, journalist, poet, aristocrat, and one of the pioneering aviators, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. With homage to his most famous book titled "Le Petite Prince", the author and French Air Force pilot Antoine Saint-Exupery is honored for his work. Before the second world war, he was a pilot who worked the postal routes from Europe, South America, and even the African continent. When the war broke out, he joined the French Air Force to conduct missions until 1940 and the armistice of France with Germany.
