The Grand Seiko GMT watch celebrates ever-changing seasons.

In Japan, each of the four seasons of the year is experienced in six phases and all have their own distinct characters. The subtle changes from one to the next to bring the nature of time ever closer to our senses. The GMT watch celebrates one of the year’s 24 seasonal phases or sekki.

Tōji. The winter solstice has arrived. The days are short and the air is crisp and clear. Even the snow muffles the sound of the wind. The dial has the texture and color of the snow that covers the landscape and shimmers in the crystal-clear light. The GMT hand catches the last rays of the evening sun.

The Tōji SBGE269G reference has a stainless steel case with a diameter of 40.2mm and a height of 14mm, finished with the impeccable quality and Zaratsu polishing practiced at Grand Seiko. The gold GMT hand has a hollow arrow tip. Sapphire crystal front and back, 100m water-resistance, hybrid Spring Drive caliber 9R66.
